改革开放40年高等体育教育资源优化配置的社会学审视

摘要：我国高等体育教育资源优化配置研究引入社会学视角理论与方法，理论与实践均取得专家的认同。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地考察法等方法发现，在计划经济体制下我国高等体育教育资源配置主体单一性、手段行政化和政治倾向性强，凸显出高等体育教育资源配置缺乏激励机制和市场竞争机制的问题，造成高等体育教育资源配置成本最大化和社会效应的最小化问题较多。自改革开放以来,随着我国市场经济体制的建立为高等体育教育资源优化配置提供了难得的发展机遇，我国高等体育教育资源配置取得了明显成效，但仍然存在高等体育教育资源配置机制滞后、体制机制改革创新步伐缓慢、高等体育教育资源配置不合理以及民办普通高校体育教育资源配置严重不足等问题。据此，从社会学研究的视角，提出了构建多主体推动高等体育教育资源优化配置创新的发展模式、多元化高等体育教育资源优化配置资金投入的保障体系、高等体育教育资源优化配置均衡发展的运行机制和大学城体育教育资源“共建共享”的创新发展模式的新时代我国高等体育教育资源优化配置的发展策略，旨在服务新时代全民健身与全民健康深度融合发展，“推动构建人类命运共同体”发展目标的实现。  相似文献   

云平台驱动的应急决策情报工程架构研究

[目的/意义]将情报工程思维融入云平台驱动的应急决策，旨在使应急决策更具效率性、科学性。[方法/过程]分析应急决策需求特性，在工程价值模型和情报系统基础上引入情报工程思维，即"事实数据"+"方法工具"+"专家智慧"3个要素，进而构建云平台驱动的应急决策情报工程架构。[结果/结论]云平台驱动的应急决策情报工程架构根据函数效应，从需求层（聚合需求，甄选信息）、工作层（挖掘情报，提升价值）、运行层（整合知识，集成智慧）以及服务层（快速响应，精准服务）4方面构建，使应急决策情报工程化及平行化，为应急决策在实际应用中提供一定思路。  相似文献   

传统武术的信仰危机与文化重生

传统武术信仰就是中国人对传统武术技艺、文化的实践以及精神追求。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、历史学研究方法等对我国传统武术的信仰内容、消解过程、危机原因等进行了深入的剖析和反思。研究认为：中华武术是构成中国人身体领域中的信仰，这一信仰在近一个世纪里渐渐出现了危机，信仰的危机才是中华武术发展没落的根源。结论认为：要拯救传统武术，必先拯救传统武术的信仰，即恢复民众对传统武术的珍爱。无疑，对中华武术的文化自尊、自信是恢复信仰的思想认知前提；重新找回没落的传统武术技击之道是恢复信仰的核心任务；潜心务实、拒绝虚假繁荣，回归传统武术本然才是传统武术人文精神重生的路向。  相似文献

推动京津冀体育产业一体化发展，既是推进京津冀协同发展的重要内涵，也是体育领域落实区域协调发展战略的具体实践。研究表明，京津冀体育产业一体化发展，既面临难得的历史机遇，也面临着严峻的挑战。挑战在于：整体发展失衡，结构亟待优化；市场发育不足，行业竞争加剧；资源环境恶化，低碳锁定障碍；顶层设计不足，合作机制缺失。基于区域协调发展战略，应优化空间布局，推动体育产业错位发展；培育消费市场，推动体育产业创新发展；加快转型升级，推动体育产业低碳发展；完善合作机制，推动体育产业协同发展。  相似文献   

The ‘aggressive style’: genesis of an ambiguous resource for Swiss hockey and football players

In this study, we investigated what drives players to endorse an aggressive style in Swiss ice hockey and football. We selected a sample of 16 players on the basis of their penalty statistics. We used semi-directed retrospective interviews to collect players’; biographic narratives. The results show a socialization process into an aggressive style, supported by the dominant gender and socialization norms of the sport, which is under the influence of the structure of the sports organization. However, there are large differences between players, with only some of them adopting an aggressive style. Although many studies have underlined the influence of moral disengagement, the present results suggest that time also matters and that the diversity of career paths may explain the diversity in attitudes. Socialization differences in the sports field, bodily capital, a career path marked by thwarted reputation are the key factors that drive players to adopt an aggressive style.  相似文献

Uncharted territory and extraordinary times: the SENCo's experiences of leading special education during a pandemic in England

This research focuses on the impact of the context of Covid-19 on the role of the SENCo in English schools. The SENCo's role is a contested field; however, the current Special Educational Needs Code of Practice identifies 11 key areas of SENCos' work. A widely distributed survey was used to access the voice of SENCos across the country, and received 26 responses. Data were analysed using a realistic evaluation framework to identify the impact of Covid-19 on the work of the SENCo. The research indicated that practice in this context had changed in some key areas, and also identified three new aspects of the SENCo role. These point to the need to revise policy and guidance relating to the SENCo being part of the senior leadership team, providing emotional support for adults, and engaging in practical pedagogical activities.  相似文献   

Disaster philanthropy: Exploring the power and influence of for-profit philanthropy in education development during pandemic times

This article contributes a conceptual analysis of the power and influence of for- profit philanthropy on educational development during pandemic times. Through highlighting for-profit philanthropy, describing its relevance to educational development, and drawing attention to four aspects that are under-examined as for- profit philanthropists enact their philanthropic agendas in response to the COVID- 19 pandemic, disaster philanthropy is presented as a window of opportunity for elite donors to enact changes in public education based on their distinct donor and institutional agendas. School exclusion,substance misuse and use of weapons: an interpretative phenomenological analysis of interviews with children

The study presents data drawn from semi-structured interviews with five young people permanently excluded from schools in North East England. The research aimed to investigate the risk factors that lead to the children using illegal drugs, to determine the drivers and implications for drug misuse and the carrying of knives into school. The research also hoped to elicit from the young people, the solutions that could have prevented their exclusion from school. The interviews were analysed using interpretative phenomenological analysis to understand how a homogenous sample made sense of their lived experiences. The findings highlight the importance of prompt identification and support for children with learning and subsequent mental health needs as the evidence suggests they lead to perceived negative behaviours by teachers. The research provides further evidence that behaviour sanctions in mainstream schools such as detention and isolation booths do not improve behaviour but make it worse. Original to this research is the finding that children are consuming drugs before school to cope with their inability to access the learning, to aid their concentration and to medicate themselves to reduce the likelihood of being sanctioned by teachers.  相似文献
